When, Where, and When Again...

2023 Tournament Schedule

8:00am Player Registration and Check-In

Player registration and check-in at the Clubhouse. All players must check in for hole assignment, scorecard distribution, and golf-cart keys. Driving range and putting green is open to warm-ups prior to tournament start.

9:00am Rules Meeting

Players report to assigned golf carts to collect scorecards and hole assignments. Introduction from the Marshall as well as greetings from event organizers.

9:15am Tournament Begins (Shotgun Start)

Players will dispatch to their assigned starting holes and begin play immediately. Players will typically wrap up around 2pm.

2:00pm "The Cool Down"

Players are welcome to join the Cool Down festivities in the Banquet Hall for complimentary drinks, submit their scorecards, and browse the various raffle items and prizes.

3:00pm Presentation from Madison's Family

Winners from the tournament and various in-game competitions will be announced and hardware distributed, plus recognition for volunteers, sponsors, and more!

3:15pm Dinner is Served

Enjoy a buffet-style dinner prepared by the catering team at Hickory Ridge Resort.

4:00pm Prizes Drawn for Raffle Items

We will draw the winners for every prize! This includes all door prizes, Chinese Auction items, blind auctions, and more!

4:15pm Closing Remarks and Check Presentation

We will close out our event with closing remarks and finally, a check presentation to this year’s beneficiary.
